January blues

Wow, am I tired. It's all I can do to get to work and then get home. 


It's going to be like this for a few weeks, apparently, because of the adrenal fatigue situation. 


And the weather is nasty! Tough to be out at recess in all this...

Didn't make it to the gym or to AA after work today. Just tired...
