This one is even better because the Ever Vigilant Public Servant (aka Super Joe) was told not to drive forty miles in the sleet storm to make sure all the disabled people and their social workers get the support they need.
Which is great because he was on his way out the door. If they hadn't called and made him stay home he'd have gone in despite these ridiculous driving conditions.
